Shipping

Cozy Wicks soy candles are created from scratch. They are hand poured in small batches. All candles are made to order.  Each candle is hand crafted with time and intention and require a set to cure time prior to shipping to ensure the fragrance sets in the wax for a highly fragrant aromatic experience.

Order processing time may up tp take 7-10 days. Orders are shipped every Tuesday and Friday.  The estimated cost of shipping will vary with a minimum of $8.00+ depending on the state you live in.

 

If a candle is damaged or broken in transit we will replace the product. We must be contacted at info@cozywicks.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Photos of the damaged or broken candles may be required.
